UPDATE: Gazprom stops N Stream gas supplies over Portovaya repairs

MOSCOW/BERLIN, Aug 31 (PRIME) -- Russia’s Nord Stream gas supplies have dropped to zero cubic meters per hour, the gas pipeline operation has been suspended for three days due to scheduled repairs at the Portovaya compressor station, as seen by PRIME in the operators’ materials on Wednesday.
According to information from operator of the gas pipeline Opal, supplies through the pipeline were halted at 4:00 a.m. Moscow time, as announced by Gazprom.
Suspension of the operations is linked to the scheduled maintenance work at the only operational gas compressor unit at Portovaya compressor station.
Reuters reported citing Siemens Energy that the company is not taking part in the maintenance work on the Nord Stream pipeline announced by Gazprom.
